Seems like a decent win condition. I personally prefer the mill/Academy Ruins + Pyrite Spellbomb loop. One downside of Ghirapur AEther Grid is that it does absolutely nothing by itself without at least 2 other artifacts out, which isn't always easy against heavy hate. As a result, opponents can ignore it and go after your main pieces, while Pyrite Spellbomb does at least force removal and has some added utility. I also just enjoy milling people.
