I was making a similar artwork list and stumbled upon yours. It's very good and I found some great additions. I'd like to suggest some other cards I've found myself:

Wakedancer, Bloodbond Vampire, Asylum Visitor, Guul Draz Vampire, Stream of Unconsciousness, Beguiler of Wills, Nin, the Pain Artist, Oriss, Samite Guardian, Cursebreak, Ruthless Cullblade and Manaforge Cinder

Beamsplitter Mage acts as a mini Zada/Mirrorwing Dragon. Makes all of your targeted cantrips pretty good!

Also there's a few extra cantrips to consider. - Leap - Cloak of Feathers - Cerulean Wisps - Renegade Tactics - Thermal Flux

Bad cantrips that are just good for triggering Zada/Magecraft/Mirrorwing - Twisted Image - Chilling Trap - Fleeting Distraction - Stream of Unconsciousness

Shnuff on Izzet Wizards

Docent of Perfection  ^Flip,Goblin Wizardry, Frostpyre Arcanist and Naru Meha, Master Wizard could be fine additions, though Naru can be a bit clunky and cost a few bucks more than the other options.

I've always wanted to use Wee Dragonauts in a deck but I like to think their spirit lives on in strictly better Umara Mystic.

Chilling Trap / Stream of Unconsciousness can be a good cantrip in wizard tribal while preventing some blocking damage to your wizards.

Cyclone Summoner can be a pretty good 1-sided board clear if you can't get past their blockers late game. Cyclonic Rift might be just as good for the p/t trigger activation but I'd take a 7/7 over prowess triggers most days.

Wizards got lots of new playthings the last few sets if you ever want to reimagine this deck.

NoopyNolife thanks for the ideas! Vapor Snag it's a good card but it's not in budget. Stream of Unconsciousness i have few wizards to use it :( In your deck try the "jump-start" cards,it's a idea ^^

Looks fun! I do think it might be a tad too slow for my own meta, so maybe look for some interaction? I'm personally a big fan of Vapor Snag and such, though they work better with a counterspell suit. Perhaps something like Stream of Unconsciousness could buy you some time?

Fists of flame looks awesome btw! I didn't know about a card like that, I just have to test one or two in Beamsplitter Blitz (UR Prowess)!

what's the actual purpose of Aquitect's Will? i mean, it's good if you want to draw a cadr but only if you have a shapeshifter in game. if you only wanted to draw you could just put a card which do this in any condition. At this point Stream of Unconsciousness it's better, cause at least can helps you in combat

I think your deck would rather have Sage of Epityr over Stream of Unconsciousness because the Sage of Epityr helps you miracle Thunderous Wrath more consistently.

Blue Wizards: Crafty Pathmage, Frontline Sage, Grixis Illusionist, Stream of Unconsciousness. Tideshaper Mystic, Prodigal Sorcerer, Trinket Mage could search for the "holy hand-grenade":Explosive Apparatus or any of the spell bombs. Trinket Mage could also search for the "holy grail": Golden Urn!
