Spirit Cairn
Enchantment
Whenever a player discards a card, you may pay . If you do, create a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying.

Additionally, if at least one of the tokens is being produced by a spell or ability you can respond to the first trigger of Cathars' Crusade . For instance using Spirit Cairn and Moorland Haunt :
- Spirit Cairn triggers.
- Spirit Cairn resolves, creating a 1/1 spirit and triggering Cathars' Crusade .
- You respond by activating Moorland Haunt .
- Moorland Haunt resolves, creating a 1/1 spirit and triggering Cathars' Crusade again.
- Cathars' Crusade resolves putting a +1/+1 counter on both spirits.
- Cathars' Crusade resolves again, putting a second +1/+1 counter on both spirits.

For example, if I create 2 tokens, 1 with Spirit Cairn and another one with Drake Haven , will the tokens see each other so that both get 2 +1+1 counters from, or will only one get 2 and the other one get 1 +1+1 counter?

if you are trying to build draw/tokens you definitely should look into putting Drake Haven, Valiant Rescuer, and Spirit Cairn in the deck to produce higher volumes of tokens
Abandoned Sarcophagus lets you play what you cycle from the graveyard as well
Unpredictable Cyclone is a fun card if you ever get tired of drawing into hand
Shark Typhoon is another token generator that might be a spicy include

Decree of Silence is a great addition to a cycling deck it lets you counter 3 spells then sac it or cycle it to counter a spell!
Drake Haven and Spirit Cairn lets you build on the token side of gavi and give you a bit more to work the field with in terms of creatures.
Brallin, Skyshark Rider Flip and Shabraz, the Skyshark work wonders together between pinging damage and life gain and two really big creatures you have a great enhancement for cycling.
Valiant Rescuer gives you more bang for the first card you cycle and encourages that first cycle then cycle again to get the cat dino from gavi.
and for added torment and a reboot Decree of Annihilation to put the game back in the balance

RobsJourney Crucible of Worlds is really strong with the addition of cycling lands and its very nice being able to discard lands you draw instead of gas, Planar Birth is also really strong for this
At the moment the deck is less focused as I want it to be casual but I could see it being made into either token swarm, draw/mill matters or lifegain so if you wanted to focus the deck around cards like Psychic Corrosion you just need to cut cards from other themes, if you do that I think focusing on tokens with the addition of cards like Bident of Thassa, Kindred Discovery , Coastal Piracy, Psychosis Crawler, Patient Rebuilding, Mindcrank, Altar of Dementia, Altar of the Brood, Undead Alchemist would be good
I am currently focusing on making the deck more self discard focused because its fun as hell and when else would you use Dark Withering, Cunning Survivor or Spirit Cairnbut the lifegain element has actually been incredibly strong so I am looking at making a lifegain shell with cards like Rhox Faithmender,Sanguine Bond, Necromancer's Covenant, Whip of Erebos

Looks like a fun build! I have a similar deck, and here's some things I would suggest adding:
Dimir Infiltrator/Drift of Phantasms/Dimir House Guard: These guys can all be discarded in order to get important cards to your game plan. I notice you have a lot of spells at CMC's 2, 3, and 4, so they should be a great fit!
Compulsion: You can now cycle any of your cards!
Cast Out: Cycles, and is a versatile removal spell.
Tortured Existence: All you need is one creature in your graveyard and one creature in your hand to get an insane amount of discard triggers with this card. It's a lot of fun!
Phyrexian Reclamation: This can get back a good creature, or at the very least allow you to cycle something again in a pinch.
Spirit Cairn: Another good token maker on discard in case you feel you need more benefits when you do cycle.
I've suggested 8 cards to add. If I was going to suggest as many to cut, here's what I would say:
Unburden: One player having to discard two is not very helpful in a multiplayer game. This will mostly just make one person your enemy.
Lurching Rotbeast/Sanctum Plowbeast/Winged Shepherd/Djeru's Renunciation: These will mostly end up being part of the deck simply because you can cycle them, which is a good sign that there are better options.
Absorb Vis: Same problem as Unburden. If you want to make one opponent your enemy, great. Otherwise, it exists because you can cycle it.
New Perspectives: When cycling, you typically do not end up ahead on cards. This means that you will rarely end up at max hand size, so this is an expensive draw spell.
Plea for Guidance: You have 4 enchantments, 3 of which your commander can go get you. It is not very helpful here.
Regardless of what you end up doing, this looks like a fun deck. Good luck!
