Is it really worth splashing blue just for mulldrifter? If I were you I'd cut the blue entirely. If you need draw you could try
Night's Whisper
or
Cathartic Reunion
.
Also surprised to not see
Sparktongue Dragon
or
Kargan Dragonrider
.

If you're just looking for cards to cut, I'd start with some of the following:

I would replace Akoum Hellkite Sparktongue Dragon Stormwing Dragon Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker for Lathliss, Dragon Queen Ryusei, the Falling Star Sarkhan, Dragonsoul Sarkhan, Fireblood.
Akoum Hellkite: seems a bit lackluster.
Sparktongue Dragon: Paying 8 for a 3/3 and 3 damage?
Stormwing Dragon: is decent but lathliss is better imo
Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker: Sarkhan, Fireblood is way better in my eyes

Wall of Mist is just in here to be a big body and absorb, but with Spit fire maybe I need 2 Sparktongue Dragon or Demanding Dragon instead.
Demanding Dragon would also give me a bigger late game play.

This was my first ever draft, but I got a Sparktongue Dragon and a ton of commons. I passed on a Tezzeret! I know! But it was halfway through the pack so someone else must have passed too, so I don't feel so bad. I went 2/4 with a R/G general deck. No prizes at my LGS but a ton of fun.
