Vigilance, trample

I love taking a pile of cards and seeing what you can turn it into! I don't know which cards you have or what budget you have for acquiring new ones, but I'll list some cheap suggestions I have for a variety of archetypes you could pursue.

1) Simic ramp: Already goes well with Air Elemental, Archetype of Endurance, Oakgnarl Warrior, Overgrown Battlement, Yavimaya Wurm, Simic Keyrune. Some inclusions might be Llanowar Elves, Axebane Guardian, Coiling Oracle, Maraleaf Pixie, Beanstalk Giant, Terra Stomper, Lorthos, the Tidemaker. The goal is to accelerate into big threats.

2) U/G unblockable: Already goes well with Marang River Prowler, Downpour, Giant Growth, Might of the Masses, Aqueous Form, Coastal Piracy, Turntimber Grove. Some inclusions might be Curious Obsession, Daring Saboteur, Mist-Syndicate Naga, Ohran Viper, Trygon Predator, Distortion Strike. The goal is to get value from hitting with unblocked creatures.

3) U/G tempo/control: Already goes well with Breaching Hippocamp, Cloaked Siren, Mist Raven, Fog, Negate, Unsummon, Voyage's End, Claustrophobia. Some inclusions might be Vapor Snag, Dissolve, Mana Leak, AEtherling, Delver of Secrets  Flip, Devastation Tide. The goal is to deny the opponent their things while playing tricky threats of your own.

I also see cards in here that could work with mono green Assault Formation, simic +1/+1 synergy, or flying tribal, so you have a lot of options. As a sidenote, I'd also recommend upping your land count to about 24 while you have so many 5+ cost cards in the deck. Anyway, good luck!

Oakgnarl Warrior is such a beast in pauper. My treefolk deck would not be complete without it.

This deck can go infinte with basically any card with the word "untap" in the text.

So: Freed from the Real , Vigean Graftmage , Galvanic Alchemist , Pestermite , and Peregrine Drake would all have to go. Without Pestermite and Drake, Ghostly Flicker and Displace are only OK cards, so you could drop them as well if you like.

Drift of Phantasms , Muddle the Mixture , Vedalken AEthermage , Expedition Map , and Merchant Scroll are the tutors you'd be dropping.

As for what to add... Whatever you want, my dude.

This deck generates the mana to go very very big. Ulamog's Crusher , Hand of Emrakul , Eldrazi Devastator are good face-beaters for big-mana decks. Oakgnarl Warrior and Krosan Tusker are pretty solid choices too. Wildheart Invoker is a good mana-sink. Rush of Knowledge is important for the go-big plan.

This deck also has the resources to go wide, if you like - you could fill the deck with small-mana value spells (evasive creatures, equipment, auras, counterspells, control), and pour your enormous piles of mana into Lore Weaver to draw into all of it.

Sky's the limit, my friend.

Hooded Brawler is a Warrior that hits pretty hard. Giving it trample with Bramblewood Paragon seems pretty powerful.

Oakgnarl Warrior is a fantastic curve-topper and is one of the beefiest non-Eldrazi creatures available in Pauper, I believe.

Winnower Patrol gets bigger every time you reveal a Warrior off the top; also has a way to get counters if Bramblewood Paragon doesn't happen to be on the battlefield when you initially cast it.

You could maybe include an enchantment sweeper for certain matchups; I'd suggest Hush because you can cycle it away if it's not applicable.

Yea, I think some sort of ramp could fit a Treefolk deck nicely.

I've been tinkering around with a couple different Treefolk builds and cards like Explosive Vegetation, Nissa's Pilgrimage, and Harrow play well with Dungrove Elder, Dauntless Dourbark, and even the addition of Battlewand Oak. A deck with lots of ramp also seems to want higher-CMC Treefolk as well like Ghoultree, Woodfall Primus, Oakgnarl Warrior, and Kalonian Twingrove. I would love to put something like that together but I worry that we may run into problems like being too slow against a lot of the typical Modern decks or being stuck with too many high-cost spells in hand during the start of the game.

What do you think?

Flux and Whirlpool Rider can pump your commander a ton. I don't like Invisibility at all. Rush of Knowledge is a notable exclusion, along with Compulsive Research Sea Gate Oracle and some big creature threats, say Ulamog's Crusher or Oakgnarl Warrior. I also like Petals of Insight. You're playing Archaeomancer, but not its Wall friend? Ranger's Path is a nice 2-for-1 ramp spell.

Am considering Wall of Blossoms as a useful add that fits the general theme. Combined with Treefolk Harbinger I can get 2 creatures out and another creature of choice from library to hand for 3 mana. I also think I have too many high cost cards I don't bother getting out.
Oakgnarl Warrior, Verdeloth the Ancient and Woodfall Primus are all too slow for too little benefit.
Treefolk Mystic is not as good as Wickerbough Elder so I can cut that. It's a tough call between Sapling of Colfenor and Leaf-Crowned Elder. Probably keep the latter due to lower cost plus playing treefolk free.
