I actually had a deck built around War Falcon , Griffin Rider , and Fledgling Griffin .
Super janky, but lots of fun when it curved out and won on turn 4 with a bunch of giant birds.

Your deck personifies what I love about MTG. This is just fun; not competetive at all, but you just grabbed something that struck your fancy and ran with it. Kudo's for that!
Since your deck isn't really a token deck, I think I'd replace Cathars' Crusade with True Conviction. Also, though technically not a Griffin, I'd consider Griffin Rider. Could be a cheap 4/4 flyer, and he'd still benefit from most of your enchantments too.

You should use Lightning Strike instead of Tribal Flames, a single Nylea's Presence is not enough to reach Domain most of the time. Also, if you want to optimize Griffin Rider static ability, put more griffins or creatures with Changeling.

I would consider Peregrine Griffin over Seraph of Dawn, just to have more griffins to trigger Griffin Rider, or at least i would add more griffins in this deck. Do you find Griffin Rider triggers frequently with only 3 griffins?
