I really like you suggestions LordPacco. I think Scroll Rack would fit phenomenally as well as: Index, Worldly Tutor, False Mourning, and Krosan Drover. I think I will remove Fireball and Mindswipe. I think Genesis Wave will be staying due to having a lot of fun with it, but for competitive reason I may remove it for other cards. I found I tend to ramp well and can effectively have enough mana I believe turn 3-4(Been a while since I played MTG due to life). There are other cards like Oracle's Vault that I was thinking of replacing to!

A long time ago I believe I had the servant and took it out for Dragonspeaker Shaman, which by turn 3 I can summon dragons for very cheap, especially if i use Krosan Drover

I love the concept here; I was playing around with an Intet concept that never really got off the ground (no flying pun intended). One issue I ran into was keeping the top of my deck where I wanted it consistently. I'd recommend cards like Index or especially Scroll Rack to try to counteract that. Scry effects definitely help, and cards like Mystical Tutor and Worldly Tutor are perfect for setting up the ideal Intet play. In the same vein, False Mourning is a nice way to use Intet for recursion. I'd advise against the x-cost cards (Mindswipe, Fireball, Genesis Wave) because x defaults to zero if you play it without paying the mana cost.Dragonlord's Servant and Krosan Drover are both good ways to make it easier to play dragons from your hand and to get Intet out faster (especially if it's your second or third time putting her onto the battlefield).

Here's a list of the cards I dug up which return dragons from GY to deck for scion re-use.

Priorities:
- efficiently costed
- reusable
- returns multiple dragons

Secondary Concerns:
- doesn't make us draw the dragon by putting it on top (ur dragon shuffles stuff away when you use it though)
- instant speed
- difficult to destroy/interact with - other utility (such as a secondary effect, or having a decent body)

You desperately need to shave off some of your average converted mana cost. EDH is primarily a format centered around resource management. If you're not able to cast spells, you're probably going to do poorly. I would be very careful of making a deck that's not between 2.0 and 3.5 without a reason for most player groups.

I get that you can cast cards off the top of your library with Intet for free, so you want them to be good ones, but there are ways to stack your deck without too much effort. Thassa, God of the Sea, Worldly Tutor, Personal Tutor, Mystical Tutor, False Mourning, Mirri's Guile, Reclaim, Salvage, Sylvan Tutor, and Noxious Revival are all ways to do that. There's more as well, but you only really need a few. This way you can run few high-costing creatures. Some of the ones I mentioned are pretty expensive.

I recommend you include more ramp in this deck. Think of cards like Cultivate and Kodama's Reach. Add some sources of haste too. Fires of Yavimaya. I would also include some card draw and reactive cards.

Let me know if you need me to go into more specific detail about anything I mentioned or if you want more specific help. You could ask me, for example, what cards do I think you should cut or how would I make this deck both cheaper and better.
