Cute idea! I should do this with my group!

Some worthy includes: Azor's Elocutors (22cents), Droning Bureaucrats (5cents), the Offering cycle of cards (~$1.50 each), Obzedat, Ghost Council (50cents), Trusted Advisor (5 cents, can let you get more uses of Graft and more energy counters), Dawnbreak Reclaimer (55cents), Guided Passage ($1.75 but the ultimate politics card), Rags//Riches (17 cents), sorry can't figure out how to format that one for tapped out to be happy.

Hope this helps!

Though if I'm being quite honest, I would prefer to add War Tax to the deck over the Droning Bureaucrats. War Tax is an enchantment and plays well with Sphere of Safety+Serra's Sanctum, is immune to Pendrell Mists and can be brought back from the grave via Sun Titan. Thank you for the excellent suggestion though.

The_Potato_Judge- I have never seen Droning Bureaucrats before. I may have to see how that would fit in this deck. Thanks for mentioning the sideboard, I forgot to remove a Pendrell Mists from my sideboard when I added one to my main deck.

I am shocked, SHOCKED, to not see the presence of Droning Bureaucrats in this deck.

Also, I think you have 1 too many Pendrell Mists. There are a total of 5 in the main and sideboard.

This is the first deck in version 2.0. I first removed from the generic pool of guild cards the worst in a multiplayer environment: Dutiful Thrull, Mourning Thrull, Syndicate Enforcer, Blind Hunter, Beckon Apparition, Cry of Contrition, Conjurer's Ban, Purge the Profane, Shadow Lance, Gift of Orzhova and Moratorium Stone were simply too weak; Sin Collector and Castigate are great in 1v1, but not very much here. And I'm still dubious about Alms Beast. Then I tryed to improve the deck adding Droning Bureaucrats, Loxodon Gatekeeper, Sandsower, Spelltithe Enforcer, Ghosts of the Innocent Faith's Fetters and Sphere of Safety to slow down the opponents and take time to build a stable board so is possible to take advantage of all the life drain the deck offer. Then Moonlight Bargain and Underworld Connections for card draw, and finally some bombs: Skeletal Vampire, Angel of Serenity, Luminate Primordial, Sepulchral Primordial and Grave Betrayal. The deck now perform as a strong wall against enemies, stopping them while slowly draining their life.
