Waning Wurm
Creature — Zombie Wurm
Vanishing 2 (This permanent enters the battlefield with two time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)

There have been a lot of comments on this deck already, and I admit honestly that I did not read the majority of them. However, this was the most recent deck listed on the Advertise Your EDH Deck thread, so I'll add my two cents anyway, for what it's worth.
Really, though, the only thing I can think of that's not already on your list is that you have plenty enough creature kill capability to successfully run cards like Waning Wurm, Rotting Regisaur, Clackbridge Troll or Yargle, Glutton of Urborg.
Also, I might mention that I've always liked Sudden Death, Deathstroke and the classic Terror and Rend Flesh as removal.
That's all I got. Cheers!

Hi there! +1, Zombies ftw!! As a Ghoulcaller Gisa player myself, I found that I was always short to make a lot of zombies because the creatures I sacrificed had too little power. I play The lord package, but to sacrifice the lords is of course a shame. You need beefy creatures to go wide. I implemented a few extra tools to beef up my zombies in total. A few suggestions;
Stoneforge Masterwork and/or Junkyo Bell, both cards have the effect of Coat of Arms, put it on a token, attack into one of your opponents then sacrifice it to Gisa.
Rotting Regisaur,Waning Wurm,Phylactery Lich,Soulless One,Vindictive Lich all zombies, high power, cheap cast, great fodder.
Phyrexian Reclamation is a must in this deck, there is nothing more fun then Gempalm Polluter three times in a row, you got plenty mana makers in your deck already to do that.
Non-zombie cards:
Ayara, First of Locthwain: Drain/Gain and card draw and more devotion for Gray Merchant of Asphodel. The 2/2 Zombie Tokens made by Gisa are black. Sacrificing a 10/10 token, will make 10 new zombies and 10 Ayara triggers.

Great points, I'll have to pick up a Waning Wurm ... might consider Desecration Elemental while I'm at it.

I would ditch Traxos, Scourge of Kroog for Waning Wurm . It benefits from anthems and if you are lucky he will cost a lot less since you run Bontu's Monument and Jet Medallion . Nice deck!

Psicraft, thank you! Great to hear my deck provided some inspiration for your version. Currently re-thinking/building the deck. Adding more explosive sacrifice fodder for more Zombie waves, for example Phyrexian Soulgorger , for just mana, you gain 8 2/2 Zombie Tokens. With Mimic Vat out, you can do that every turn. Another great card for the same purposes as previous mentioned is Waning Wurm or Desecration Demon , fairly cheap to cast and gives lots of Zombies.

(This would be Neheb, but the plotline sort or requires that it can't be, so it's another minotaur from the same tribe.
I've also considered redoing it as Angrath's mentor from his so-far-unnamed plane)
Deck Name: Your Time Has Come
Plane: Amonkhet
Commander
Benroch, Making Plans | | | Benroch, Chosen Moment |
Legendary Planeswalker - Benroch | | | Legendary Creature - Minotaur Shaman |
+1: Create a 2/2 black Spirit Minotaur creature token with haste, vanishing 2 and "when this creature deals damage to a player, put a time counter on it" -X: Move X time counters from suspended cards onto one or more permanents you control with time counters. You may transform Benroch, Making Plans. Benroch, Making Plans can be your commander. Eminence - As long as Benroch, Making Plans is in the command zone or on the battlefield, red and black cards in your hand have Supend X-1 -- where X is its converted mana cost |
| | | | | | | | | | | | |
Menace, trample Benroch, Chosen Moment gets +1/+1 for each suspended card and permanent with a time counter you control. If you have one or fewer cards in your hard, Benroch, Chosen Moment gets +2/+2 for each instead. : Exile a red or black card from your hand or graveyard with X-1 time counters on it where X is its converted mana cost. It gains suspend. |
Loyalty: 4 | | | 0/0 |
Spark: Having trouble clarifying this in my mind, but his main thing is a sort of temporal manipulation that manifested originally as superior reaction times, but became the ability to jump back and forth over short swaths of time and eventually between planes
Deck Concept: Using suspend to enable hellbent and "one or fewer card in hand" effects as well as being fairly minotaur tribal
Sample cards: Burning-Fist Minotaur, Neheb, the Worthy, Ragemonger, Flurry of Horns, Kragma Warcaller, Rift Elemental, Lavacore Elemental, Rift Bolt, Shivan Sand-Mage, Waning Wurm, Festering March, Curse of the Cabal, Time Bomb

Spine of Ish Sah will remove enchantments.
Phyrexian Dreadnought is a ridiculous sac target for creating zombies, and to a lesser extent Phyrexian Soulgorger, Waning Wurm, Hunted Horror and Desecration Elemental.
