Hello there, thanks for checking out my profile!

I'm primarily a White, Green, and Red player, in any of their combinations, though I don't disdain a splash of Blue from time to time. Here you'll find mostly budget decks for casual play because I believe Magic should be accessible to everyone and, most of all, fun.

Nowadays I mostly play EDH and I love building decks with unusual commanders and interesting mechanics and synergies. My decks are usually based on a tribe or follow a theme and try to win the game through big creatures and good old honest combat damage or through good old but a bit less honest burn damage.

I hope you enjoy them and I would be happy to read any comments or suggestions you may have!

Thanks a lot for all these upvotes!

Thanks! I'll try to have a look at your lists, too. There'll propably be quite a few I'll like.

You're welcome! I honestly didn't go through the list in detail, but t seemed pretty fun in general! After reading your profile it seems we're having a pretty similar understanding of the game. Great to see that.

Oh, and btw. thanks for the upvote on Momo!

EDIT: I just realised I pulled Mondrak only last year, god it feels like it was ages ago with all the sets that have come out since All Will Be One haha

I see your point NV_1980 and I think you were absolutely right in suggesting them, thanks again! To be fair another issue I have is simply finding room for more control cards, because in general I prefer running higher on my own synergy. So if I have to choose between a more synergistic (say lifegain or token-generation) card and control one that would slow down my opponents but add relatively little to my gameplan, then I'd always choose the former. As of now I simply wouldn't know what to cut to make space for them haha. But yes I absolutely agree about Anointed Procession, I would love to have one but it's just too expensive and I always build my decks on a budget (as much as I can). I was lucky enough to pull a Mondrak, Glory Dominus from a pack a couple of years back though, so at least I have one token doubler :D

Thanks for your interest in my deck and for your suggestions, NV_1980, I am glad you liked it! These are indeed excellent cards that I also considered. However, since my deck revolves mostly on Angel-token generation, I found that creature recursion is not as useful as it would normally be. Plus, I am trying to keep the average CMC relatively low so that I can cast multiple spells per turn and trigger the lifegain engine (which in turns makes me the tokens), and recursion cards like these are usually quite expensive to cast. This said, Platinum Angel is definitely something I will consider, especially as an antidote to combo-decks and as a way to buy a few more turns and maybe scrap a win :)

You're welcome, absolutely deserved upvotes, amazing decks! I didn't really have any recommendations that hadn't already been addressed by others, so keep up the excellent work and I can't wait to see what the next decks you'll brew will be like!

seshiro_of_the_orochi Thanks so much! I really appreciate it and I'm very glad you enjoyed my decks :D As soon as I have a bit more free time I will go through your lists too, which already look very promising. Cheers!

seshiro_of_the_orochi and again thanks, haha! Yes I have considered Magmatic Galleon, but unfortunately I don't have enough spells that deal excessive non-combat damage to creatures to really take advantage of its effect. Cosima, God of the Voyage  Flip (or better it's vehicle flip version, The Omenkeel  Flip) is actually in the deck! You might have missed it because for some reason it's listed among the creatures rather than the artifacts

seshiro_of_the_orochi thanks again for the suggestions! I had a card with a similar effect to Paradox Haze but I figured it's actually a bit counterproductive because I do not always want to get rid of time counters quickly (for instance in cards with vanishing or in token-producing creatures that are in exile). This is different for Sphinx of the Second Sun because you get to do it after your combat phase, which means that you get to manipulate my time counters as you want beforehand, so excellent recommendation! The reason why I originally did not include it is that at the time it was much more expensive, I see now that with the recent reprint the price has dropped so I might actually get my hand on a copy :)

seshiro_of_the_orochi thanks for the suggestions! I did consider Colossification, but I ended up scraping it off because it only really buffs creatures without providing evasion (in fact slowing the game by tapping the enchanted creature), which is not something my deck really struggles to do by its own haha but I had not thought about Eldrazi Conscription! Many thanks for that one, I will think about it, even though it looks a bit out of my budget

Very cool deck concept, I think Guttersnipe and Magmatic Galleon could work very well in here too!

Absolutely! It's great to see a fellow tribal budget player. I only just skimmed through your decks and they all look very fun, but your Momo deck really struck me because it is such a cool concept! I will give them all a proper look later :)
