#1Rasaru It plays well, it plays differently each game but overall has a very similar wincon and strategy each of multiplied burn damage. Just depends what pieces you pull.
Power wise I'd say its a solid 6, maybe a 7. Holds its own against things like upgraded dinos and other well built casual decks. Could be stronger with other planeswalkers but I wanted to keep the theme.
Definitely relies on the token generators to keep the high threat chandras out long enough to ult them but that keeps it relevant and it has strong interaction through all the various crimes.
