The strategy of this deck is to slowly drain the life of all your opponents, while keeping yours pretty high.

Ayara, First of Locthwain goes nicely with:

• Cauldron Familiar + Witch's Oven: each time it enters the battlefield it triggers Ayara + it's own effect.
• Syr Konrad, the Grim: Damage in, damage out. Combined with Cauldron Familiar is very ugly.
• Chittering Witch creates three tokens (4 players game) and this does 4 damage to all players. Good for sacrifices too.
• Minion's Return: Enchant Chittering Witch? Or any ugly card so that it can come back.
• Call of the Death-Dweller and Gruesome Menagerie, very ugly.
• Gutterbones can also be very ugly, especially if you can loop it a couple of times.

All these are the 'main' combo to drain.

Then we have:

• Underworld Dreams
• Revenge of Ravens
• Ill-Gotten Inheritance
• Bastion of Remembrance
• Creeping Chill
• Vindictive Vampire
• Spawn of Mayhem

1) Whispering Snitch uses Surveil to drain.

2) Insatiable Hemophage uses Mutate to hit hard.

The following cards have mutate:

• Chittering Harvester
• Dirge Bat

3) Smitten Swordmaster can be useful to, but the deck it's not optimize for it.
