The end goal is to build a planeswalker deck that wins with Tibalt.

However, I'm building the shell for which to house the almighty Tibalt so I'm attempting to tune this current deck listing using cards I actually own. the general idea being that the planeswalkers are doing all of the heavy lifting with their abilities and I'm just the team coach trying to find a way to add Tibalt to the roster.
