I mainly only set this to public so friends could take a look at it, and so j could upload it to other sites.

That being said, feel free to comment and give feedback. My goal was to build a budget deck, discounting the cards I already own. Which is why mana crypt etc is in the deck. The deck can substitute these cards, and lands, and still run cheap.

If the lands and mana rocks are replaced,this is about a 130 dollar deck with damaged cards included. And as far as I can tell, this is a NASTY commander, even when you're working on a budget.
