Whenever a Spirit creature you control attacks, Agaturi deals 1 damage to target creature or planeswalker and you gain 1 life.

Whenever a Spirit creature you don't control blocks, Agaturi deals 1 damage to that creature and you gain 1 life.

{U}{U}: Target creature becomes a Spirit until end of turn.

With this commander, we want our Spirits to attack and our opponents' Spirits to block. There aren't that many forced blocking effects, so we rely on Goad to force attacks and see who responds.

No special commander synergies were considered during design, and the commander may need some rebalancing. Still, Godhead of Awe makes blocking a very tricky proposition.

Tweak and tests for Agaturi:

• reduce the activated ability cost to {1}{U} or even {U}. Alternatively, make it cost {1}, which doesn't seem to be unfair for Unnatural Selection, and add {U} to the casting cost.

• is the damage and lifegain appropriate? I wanted a lower-cost commander and tried to scale the abilities correctly, and the best way to find out is live testing.
