Bad on purpose Wurm tribal.

Our Lord and Savior Grothama, All-Devouring has arrived!

This deck used to be (mostly still is) a Wurm themed deck. If the card didn't have Wurm in the type, name, art, or even plane it wouldn't be allowed in the deck. I have slowly gotten more lenient over time and fudged on the rule here and there. But now with Grothama and the deck being a TRUE Wurm Tribal deck, it is time to be more serious and make it at least a little functional.

I've updated the list a couple times since the last post but wanted to wait until it was where I wanted it (and the sweet Klug alter).

I have unfortunately decided to make the deck more "serious" and add more ramp and cut the more... "unplayable" Wurms (no longer at 50+, sadface). The addition of the powerhouse Conifer Wurm meant regular Forests needed to be covered in snow. It's probably the best Wurm in the deck now!

-1 Argothian Wurm (no one ever used his ETB but it was always on my mind)
-1 Endless Wurm (with only 3 enchantments in the deck I only played it to be funny)
-1 Mungha Wurm (honestly wasn't too bad when Selvala was here)
-1 Tempting Wurm (super fun/funny when played but opponents never chose not to)
-1 Thundering Wurm (we really need to be making land drops)
-1 Garruk, Primal Hunter (not a Wurm)
+1 Conifer Wurm
+1 Into the North
+1 Nature's Lore

+1 Ranger's Path

This might be the last Update I take the time to write out. I've sort of strayed from the old path of intentionally bad and ridiculous Wurm Tribal. Don't get me wrong, the deck is still ridiculous and bad. But now I want the deck to be more consistent and actually be able to cast more Wurms. Therefore any further updates will just make sense as more ramp cards and better Wurms get printed (as if that'll happen). In the meantime, EarthWurm Jim will help uphold the silly theme.
