If a creature you control would explore, instead you scry 1, then that creature explores. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card on the bottom of your library.)

When Twists and Turns enters the battlefield, target creature you control explores. (To have it explore, reveal the top card of your library. Put that card into your hand if it's a land. Otherwise, put a !/! counter on that creature, then put the card back or put it into your graveyard.)

When a land enters the battlefield under your control, if you control seven or more lands, transform Twists and Turns.
