It maybe doesn't fit your definition of Stax in Pauper but I would consider adding cards like: Mana Chains (I think it's still boken online), Paralyze, Contaminated Ground and Psychic Venom

Have you considered Wave of Vitriol? That seems like it could be especially evil in Muldrotha, I've added it to my own list (not done yet, I'll make it public when it's a little closer). I've also added Mana Chains, it's a bit slow to kill a creature, but the best part is the potential resource denial. Kill a few lands so they can't pay the upkeep and it gets even more gross.

wow this deck has gotten a lot better, I especially dig the Mana Chains. The transmute tech looks really good too. Here's my feedback:
-5 Tranquil Cove seems a bit too many lol, but in general you have a lot of tap-lands, so I would consider running Bant Panorama or maybe Shimmering Grotto so that you can hit Fertile Ground. In terms of fixing, I also think Abundant Growth could be good. -you have a ton of removal which is good but also maybe you could lean more heavily on your circles of protection. You could run cheaper removal like Guard Duty or Oppressive Rays (good against Arbor elf)
-I think Quiet Disrepair should be mainboard as a win-con against aggro, otherwise they can just save up and then burn you out.
-I like the wincon a lot. Maybe Jace's Erasure could be good as well, especially because it's tutorable

Well, Ancestral Vision is to expensive, and Mana Chains is not modern legal. And i don't need that much cards to play with Aeon Chronicler.

Interesting concept but i do think there are better ways to do most of the things the deck does without the use of time counters. Mana Chains for example seems better to me then Reality Acid but if you want to stay with the Vanishing theme and make use of clockspinning and time crafting Ancestral Vision Wheel of Fateand if those seem too pricey Aeon Chronicler are what id recommend.

I was looking at cum upkeep cards the other day, here's a couple that might fit in.
Mana Chains to kill an opponent's creature or make them waste their mana.
Musician to kill even more creatures.

I have a few questions with Simic Guildmage second ability.
Squire is enchanted with Frozen Solid and attacks. He's blocked and is going to be dealt damage. Is there any way for me to have forzen trigger but then move to a different creature to prevent frozen from going to the graveyard with squire?
I'm trying to prevent my aura's being destroyed, so in a similar scenario to question 1, can I use Guilty Conscience?
Mana Chains and Pendrell Flux triggering than moving to a different creature?
Activate Weight of Conscience then move it to another creature?
Lastly, can a creature get dealt 2 damage while enchanted with Illusory Wrappings then moving the illusory wrappings
