can I have both Xenagos, the Reveler and Xenagos, God of Revels on board at the same time?

Pretty sure. Since one is a PW other is a creature.

The 'Legend Rule' forbids having two legendary permanents of the same name on the battlefield at a time. Only Xenagos, God of Revels is legendary, so no conflict there.

The 'Planeswalker Uniqueness Rule' forbids having two Planeswalkers of the same subtype on the battlefield at a time. Only Xenagos, the Reveler is a Planeswalker so no conflict there either.

You're fine. Sadly, the game doesn't take the logical inconsistency into account.
