World breaker and land creatures

Say you have a 6/6 land elemental, and someone plays World Breaker can world breaker target the elemental for its effect?

Yes. World Breaker only looks for the relevant card type when it exiles a permanent. A land creature is both land and a creature just like an artifact creature is both an artifact and a creature. You can use Naturalize on an artifact creature just as you can use World Breaker to exile a land creature.

If a permanent is multiple card types, it is affected by anything that affects any of its card types.

Yes. An animated land is still, by definition, a land.
