So, I saw the new omnath and immidiatley wanted him, so i was going to put together a commander deck with him. My question is can i use shocklands that aren't Stomping Ground in this R/G deck.

No. Lands with land types have rules text, not reminder text, that includes mana symbols and thus gives them a color identity.

To clarify:

Having a basic land type means that a card also has the ability ": Add C to your mana pool," where C is the color pertaining to that land type. So Stomping Ground has the ability ": Add or to your mana pool" because it is both a Mountain and a Forest. Temple Garden, on the other hand, has the ability ": Add or to your mana pool" because it is both a Forest and a Plains.

Remember that color identity, which is what determines whether a card can be included in a specific commander deck, is determined by considering all of the colored mana symbols in the card's mana cost and text box (not including reminder text such as that of extort on Crypt Ghast) as well as any color indicators in the card's type line(s) and characteristic-defining abilities that set the card's color.

Card color, on the other hand, does not include colored mana symbols in rules text. A card with no mana cost, no color indicators, and no CDAs that set color is therefore colorless unless another effect is specifying otherwise.

Stomping Ground is therefore a colorless card with a color identity of /. It's the only shock land that fits within a commander deck.
