Waker of the wilds and Awakening of Vitu-Ghazi?

Im just a little confused on how these two could work together. I know once you use Awakening of Vitu-Ghazi its effect takes place on a land, but what happens when you then use Waker of the Wilds on the same land? Does it take away the Vitu-Ghazi name and legendary status but keep the counters, or just add more counters? Somewhat new to the game. Thanks.

It will just add more counters. When an effect changes the properties of a permanent it only affects the properties it mentions.
