Volcanic Offering clarification

This is in reference to the Duel Commander format.
If I cast Volcanic Offering targeting one my opponents lands and one of their creatures, when it becomes their chance to choose a land/creature can they choose the same ones that I did?

Yes. The wording doesn't specify "another," and the targets can be the same if there are multiple instances of the word "target" (as there are in this case).
