Tutors and Adventures: How They Interact?

Can I cast a Mystical Tutor to search up Rosethorn Acolyte's Seasonal Ritual? Seems unlikely, but I can hope...

No. In all zones other than the stack (when cast as Rosethorn Acolyte), Rosethorn Acolyte is only has the type creature, not sorcery, so it cannot be found by Mystical Tutor.

Wait, let me get this straight: in all zones other than the stack? So someone could Warping Wail it even when it is being cast as a creature?

Omniscience_is_life im confused by your follow up question. how are you going to Warping Wail a creature as it is being cast? its not a sorcery, so you can't counter it

I'm sorry for the confusion, DragonSliver9001, allow me to elaborate:

If Rosethorn Acolyte is simultaneously a creature and a sorcery whilst on the stack, as I took from Neotrup's answer, then it could be countered by the Wail. But that's a question, not sure if it is true nor if it makes any sense.

Omniscience_is_life, when an Adventure spell is cast, it is not both a creature and an instant/sorcery. Rather, it is only an instant/sorcery.

An Adventurer card has two sets of characteristics. The first (and primary) set of traits describes the creature half. The second set of traits describes the instant/sorcery half. This set of traits is only used when the spell is on the stack when it has been cast for the Adventure half. At all other times, an Adventurer card is a creature with characteristics determined by its creature half.

Hope this helps!!
