Triggering Sibsig Icebreakers with Mirror Mockery?

Sibsig Icebreakers has a nice ability for a Simulgar deck, and so I was wondering, if I were to Enchant a Sibsig Icebreakers with Mirror Mockery, every time I went into combat and attacked with Sibsig Icebreakers, would the copy of Sibsig Icebreakers trigger the ability, my opponent and myself discarding, again by entering the battlefield as a token?
The copy which entered the battlefield has that ability and would trigger, causing each player to discard a card.

Yes. The only time a token of something won't trigger any appropriate ETB abilities is if the ability specifically says "nontoken", like Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit.

Since the token is a copy of Sibsig Icebreakers it would have the "enters the battlefield" ability of the original. You would indeed both discard cards.
