Transforming Cards and Giant Growth

Lets say I have a Thing in the Ice  ^Flip on the field with 3 Ice Counters on it and I play a Giant Growth on it, removing an ice counter with 2 left and Thing in the Ice  ^Flip becomes a 3/7. Later on in the turn I play 2 Gitaxian Probe and cause Thing in the Ice  ^Flip to transform into Awoken Horror  ^Flip, does it still get the +3/+3 from Giant Growth making it a 10/11?

Yes it will.

Transforming does not remove the creature (or permanent) from the battlefield, so any previous effects will remain in effect for their duration.

This also means if someone enchants your Thing in the Ice  ^Flip with Sleep Paralysis, it will remain enchanted even after flipping.
