This site says Titania, Protector of Argoth is banned in Vintage, but all other sites I've checked say it is not

I'm making a vintage deck and it keeps telling me it is not Vintage legal because Titania, Protector of Argoth is in it. I then proceeded to check other sites (gatherer, wizards.com) and they all said it is legal in Vintage play. can someone tell me what is going on?

Vintage includes all black or white bordered Magic cards ever printed with very few explicit exceptions. Titania, Protector of Argoth is legal in Vintage.

TappedOut is not an authority on legality. Always check the Wizards of the Coast site or Gatherer for legality information for sanctioned formats, or the appropriate third-party site for legality information for third-party formats (e.g. Commander, Duel Commander, Tiny Leaders, etc.).
