Sisters of Stone Death blocking??

If someone attacks me with an 8/8 creature and I block with Sisters of Stone Death but activate their second ability at the time of blocking, do I exile their attacking creature before my creature takes any combat damage? Or do the sisters die?

You will exile the creature when the activated ability resolves, before combat damage is dealt. If you wait until after combat damage is dealt, Sisters of Stone Death will no longer be on the battlefield to activate it's ability. In short, you can't both have Sisters of Stone Death die AND exile the creature, but most likely you don't want it to die, so you should be good just exiling the creature.
