If I have Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro and Orochi Sustainer on the battlefield, by Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro's ability would Orochi Sustainer's ability become tapping once for both abilities on Orochi Sustainer?

No, the abilities can't be activated simultaneously like that.
For an activated ability (written in the form of "[cost] : [effect]"), you announce the specific ability you're activating and then pay the costs. If you want to activate the " : Add " ability then you announce it, tap the creature, and that's what you get. It's not like a triggered ability (written to start with "when/whenever/at"), where a single event can make multiple abilities trigger.
