Those combos work. Panharmonicon will double triggers from your opponents creatures and artifacts so long as you control the trigger, such as if your opponent plays a creature while you control a Authority of the Consuls or Genesis Chamber.

No, your opponent's triggers will not be affected by your Panharmonicon. On the other hand, if an opponent's artifact or creature entering the battlefield triggers the ability of one of your things, it will double the trigger. for example, you would gain 2 life off of your creatures AND your opponent's creatures if you controlled a Soul Warden. the combos you mentioned in the example work as well

Yes in both cases.

You have a Panharmonicon and Salivating Gremlins in play, and you cast a Renegade Map.

Map enters the battlefield, and Salivating Gremlins gets a trigger. Panharmonicon sees an artifact entering the battlefield causing a permanent of yours to trigger, and gives it a second trigger. Gremlins get a total of +4/+0.

For your opponent, it CAN work, but only if the artifact or creature they control entering play causes a permanent of YOURS to trigger. For example:

Genesis Chamber is dangerous, as it will trigger twice for each non-token creature that enters on either side.

(And wow, avoid Confusion in the Ranks + Panharmonicon... serious chaos.)

Confusion in the Ranks + Panharmonicon + Genesis Chamber though...

Without chamber you simply select a permanent to give to an opponent, then select a permanent you want. When the chamber is here, you get to steal 3 permanents and move 2 permanents between opponents. Your opponents do something even more insane

chosenone124... please reference "serious chaos."

Though it would be fun to see at least once.
