Nissa, Who Shakes the World and Dual Lands?

With Nissa, Who Shakes the World 's passive ability, if you tap a Tropical Island for blue mana, do you still get that additional green mana since its a Forest & Island? or do you have to tap for green mana to get the additional?

Similarly, if a card adds more mana abilities to a forest, such as Abundant Growth , Chromatic Lantern , or Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth , and you use one of those abilities to produce mana from a forest, Nissa's effect will still grant you an additional

When you tap Tropical Island for blue, with Nissa you will instead add to your mana pool, due to her ability. This effect is similar to Overgrowth , Wild Growth etc. This is because the ability states "when you tap this land for mana, add X". It does not care what color you tapped the land for. (for example it would have had to be worded as "when you tap a land for , add additional ")
