I realize that the NH3 set doesn't officially come out until June. My question is whether or not we will see a full cards list? This is the first release I have been excited to see, so I don't know how it works.

Just to make sure this is very clear, TappedOut’s official policy is Leaks = Bans.
At the time of posting, there have been a number of leaked cards from this set, but no official spoils. Discussing these leaked cards, posting their rules text, or posting images of the cards before they are officially spoiled is prohibited.

Caerwyn, im just wondering if they will release a full set list or they will not at the correct date.

indieinside they will spoil all the cards before release, normally completing spoilers about a week or two before official release.
I don’t believe Wotc ever formally release a compiled list/document of all the cards in the set - but as they will all be spoiled, sites like MagicSpoiler and MythicSpoiler will display all cards in the set.
It’s super common for the internet to do “number crunches” as sets are spoiled also, which will inevitably end up with a completed list of all cards in the set - if I see one if these during spoiler season, i’ll endeavour to post a link up here (assuming I remember).

Wizards publishes a full card image gallery for all cards in a set - here, for example, is the card image gallery for Thunder Junction. Additionally, once the set goes live, you can use The Gatherer to find every card in a set if you want an official list.

First a little information about the site. The Q&A is for rules questions. It's not a big deal and I'm sure a mod will be by at some point to move this thread.
I'm assuming that you mean Modern Horizons 3 and English isn't your first language and the name of the set didn't translate well. The set is scheduled to release June 14 with prerelease events starting June 7 and the official spoilers beginning May 21. The full set contents will slowly be previewed between May 21 and June 7, though I'd guess that previews would be done by June 1, but that last date is supposition.
