I have Territorial Gorger and Dynavolt Tower on the field.
If I cast Harnessed Lightning does Territorial Gorger ability trigger once or twice?
Well, unless you meant if it triggers twice from Dynavolt Tower's ability, as well as from Harnessed Lightning's effect - in that case, yes, it does trigger every time you get energy counters (so twice in total in this case), but only once per instance, regardless how many energy counters you get in one shot.

BlueScope, That's probably what he meant.
To clarify: Territorial Gorger would get a total of +4/+4 in this scenario.

What if i have two Dedoction Modules? And i play Territorial Gorger, with haste, does it get two +2/+2 counters as well?

It triggers once - the ability states "If you get one or more ".
