May I use the same sacrifice to activate two different cards ability?

if I use Pyrite Spellbomb's ability paying and sacrificing to deals damage will my Megatog get the + still? And if I have two Megatogs in play and sacrifice an artifact?

You may not. Everything to to the left of the colon (:) in an activated ability is the cost of activating the ability. The same way you can't use the same green mana to cast two Charging Badger's, you can't you can't sacrifice the same card to pay two costs.
Besides, each activated ability must be activated individually just like a spell. By the time you finished activating Pyrite Spellbomb you'd have no artifact left to sacrifice.

No. You have to pay the cost of each ability to activate it. Think of it like money. You can't buy a soda and a pizza with the same money you have to pay for each.
