irencrag pyromancer iteration with harmonic prodigy

Does Irencrag Pyromancer gain extra damage whenever Harmonic Prodigy is on the battlefield? I know that it can't iterate again the second card drawn each turn, but I wonder about its damage?

Yes that works. A triggered ability is anything that starts with one of the words "when", "whenever", or "at". When Irencrag Pyromancer triggers from you drawing your second card of the turn, Harmonic Prodigy will cause it to trigger again. The triggers can have the same target or different targets.
