In short, once Elesh Norn Flip flips over to The Argent Etchings Flip and finishes its last chapter with Narci, Fable Singer in play, will Narci see the saga as having a costing cast of zero or four?

202.3b The mana value of a transforming double-faced permanent or spell’s back face is calculated as though it had the mana cost of its front face.
