If I have a Scrap Trawler in play, a Walking Ballista on the graveyard, and I sack a Expedition Map, would Walking Ballista return to my hand?

I have a Eldrazi Tron deck, and I'm tempted to try using Scrap Trawler. Seems like a good interaction, even more with Mind Stone.

Yes. Walking Ballista has a Cmc of 0 when it's not on the stack
