I cast Open the Vaults with Xenagos, God of Revels and a bunch of auras in the graveyard

I'm playing an enchantment based EDH deck.

Once i cast Open the Vaults all my enchantments come back to the field.

I have Xenagos, God of Revels and about ten auras in the graveyard.

When they all come into play Xenagod will have enough devotion to be a creature but will i be able to attach the auras to him? when do the state based actions happen and is there an order to them?

From Gatherer Rulings: 10/1/2009 An Aura put onto the battlefield this way cant enchant an artifact or enchantment thats also being put onto the battlefield with Open the Vaults.

So you know: the reason it works this way is because you have to choose what the Aura will be attached to as it enters the battlefield, meaning before it actually gets there. At the time you need to make the choices in your example, Xenagos isn't on the battlefield yet either.
