How does Zurzoth, Chaos Rider interact with Library of Leng?

Hi! If I have Zurzoth, Chaos Rider on the battlefield and his second ability makes both my opponent and me discard a card, and I have also Library of Leng, what happens? Can I put the card of top of my library or not? Thanks
For the exact interraction, both you and your opponent will draw a card and choose (at random) what you're discarding without revealing it. Then you'll look at the card you chose, and decide what zone it goes to (Library of Leng is a 'may' ability), then those cards each go to the appropriate zone.

Yes, you can put the card on top of your library if you want to. Library of Leng's ability applies to any effect that would cause you to discard a card, including ones you control.
Note that it doesn't apply to costs that involve discarding a card. For example, if you cast Waste Away, you won't be able to put the card you discarded for the additional cost on top of your library.
