Reanimate + Agent of the Fates
Does reanimate's effect trigger the heroic effect?
Abilities only work as long as the card is on the battlefield, or on a spell on a stack that resolves, or if it specifically says so.
In case of Heroic, it wouldn't trigger for another reason - Heroic itself only triggers when the creature's controller casts a spell that targets it, and only permanents have controllers (and only cards on the battlefield are permanents).

unfortunately, no. Agent of the Fates must be on the battlefield for heroic to trigger.
There were similar questions about Nyx Weaver, but unless a card states that it is active from the graveyard, it will not be.
