When playing Exhume can my opponent pull Erebos, God of the Dead out of his grave yard because it states that it is a enchantment creature.

Yes. In all non-battlefield zones, Erebos, God of the Dead is always an enchantment creature. (The devotion abiluty only affects whether Erebos is a creature while it's on the battlefield.) Because it's a creature, it's a legal target for Exhume (assuming it's in the graveyard).
