Does it have to be during upkeep with Mayael's Aria?

Can I win the game with Mayael's Aria during the combat phase with a creature with power 20+ or does it still have to be during the upkeep?

Because Mayael's Aria triggers on the upkeep, and each part of the text states "Then..." Yes it has to be during your upkeep

Just to expand on that, Mayael's Aria only has 1 ability, and it happens all at once in the upkeep. It's one trigger, and resolves all at once. It doesn't trigger at all in combat, or any other time for that matter.

So if have out Ageless Entity with 5 counters at the beginning of your turn, you won't win the game until your next turn's upkeep?
