Does a Necrotic Ooze entering the battlefield copy the ETBs from my creatures in my graveyard?

I have a load of creatures in my graveyard such as Parasitic Strix, Elvish Visionary, etc. you name it.

I cast a Necrotic Ooze. Do I gain 2 life, my opponent looses 2, I draw a card, and so on?

No, Necrotic Ooze doesn't gain the kinds of abilities given in your example.

There are three main types of abilities: Activated, Triggered, and Static

• Activated abilities are always written as "Cost : Effect", like on Elvish Mystic, the 2nd and 3rd abilities on Olivia Voldaren, or the last ability on Hazoret the Fervent. This is the kind of ability that Necrotic Ooze can get.
• Triggered abilities are always written to start with the words "when", "whenever", or "at". This is the kind of ability in your examples.
• Static abilities are basically anything that isn't activated or triggered. There are a few different kinds of static abilities, but it's not necessary to go through them all here.
