Do Dracoplasm and Sutured Ghoul differ with regard to characteristic-defining abilities?

I just wanted to check a rule.
If I sacrifice a Tarmogoyf to my Dracoplasm, will the Dracoplasm's power and toughness change as my graveyard fills?
I know that the similarly-worded Sutured Ghoul DOES change, but it seems to remain linked to the card in exile, which would allow this to occur.

Neotrup: Would the case change if Yixlid Jailer was in play? I don't think it would?

Yixlid Jailer wouldn't change the effect of Dracoplasm or Tarmogoyf.

Dracoplasm's power and toughness are set as it enters, and will not change. It also doesn't require the cards to hit exile, if they end up in the command zone instead.
