Death's Presence and Flash

I have Death's Presence and Grizzly Bears on the battlefield. My opponent casts Wrath of God. I have Yeva, Nature's Herald on my hand.
Can I wait until Wrath of God resolves, then play Yeva, Nature's Herald to put the counters from Death's Presence on it?

Let's have a look at how the stack piles up, here:
We are in your opponent's main phase, the stack is empty.
They cast Wrath. Nobody responds, so Wrath resolves.
After Wrath has resolved, as state-based actions are checked, we look for abilities that have triggered and see the Death's Presence trigger. Before anyone gets priority, that trigger is put onto the stack (so even. You need to choose a target now (but had not even a chance to cast Yeva). If there isn't a legal target available now, the ability fizzles.
To answer short: You can cast Yeva in response to Death's Presence triggering, but she won't be on the battlefield at the time you have to choose a target for Presence. So no counters for Yeva.
