Deadly Tempest Death's Presence, Journey to Eternity Flip and 3 creatures

Hi my opponent has 3 creatures in play, one is enchanted with [journey to eternity]], I board wipe, does the enchanted creature come back and get the counters from the other two dying off the Death's Presence or not? I thought No because they all die when the trigger goes to resolve

You're right, the returning creature can't get the counters. If a triggered ability has targets, they need to be chosen when it's put onto the stack. In your example, the creature hasn't returned to the battlefield yet when it's time to choose targets for Death's Presence.
