darksteel citadel is impossible to remove?

So if I play Darksteel Citadel then cast Ensoul Artifact is there any way that citadel can be removed from play because the way it was explained to me was that the citadel can't be exiled because it's a land.
Oh, and to answer the more in-general part of the question: It can be removed in other ways, for example setting it's toughness to 0 or below, or by making it's controller sacrifice it.

Like BlueScope said, something along the lines of Devour Flesh would get rid of it. So would a double Bile Blight. With things like detention sphere, they could always just exile or destroy the enchantment too.

Any permanent can be exiled, destroyed or whatever else, as long as it allows the specific target. For example, if you have Path to Exile card that says "Exile target creature", you cannot target a land with it. However, if you have a land enchanted with Ensoul Artifact , it will be a creature in addition to it's other types (as the card says). That means you can exile it with Path to Exile , for example - whether it has additional types is irrelevant.
