If I have a Corpsejack Menace and a Hardened Scales out and cast a Spike Weaver, how many tokens does it get?

Same scenario but with two Hardened Scales?

Then, what if I tap my Oran-Rief, the Vastwood?

Just to be precise, Spike Weaver will have counters placed on it, not tokens.

Corpsejack Menace and Hardened Scales have replacement effects and when two replacement effects that you control try to replace the same event, you get to choose the order they apply in. So, technically, the amount of counters Spike Weaver enters the battlefield with depends on the order you choose, but assuming you're trying to maximise the number it would be 8 counters: 3 to start + 1 from the Scales, then doubled by the Menace to 8.

With two Scales it would be 10 counters: (3+1+1)x2. Activating Oran-Rief, the Vastwood would put 6 more counters on the Spike Weaver: (1+1+1)x2.
