Chord of Calling-Joraga Warcaller

Let's say I have a total of 11 vanilla elves on my board and a single Elvish Archdruid. I tap EA for 12 floating mana, and then use 4 to Chord of Calling for a Joraga Warcaller, leaving me with 8 floating. JW enters the battlefield, but am I allowed to use my remaining 8 mana to (Multi)kick it 3 times? Probably a stupid question, but thanks none the less :)

Kicker only works as you cast the spell. Chord of Calling "puts" it onto the battlefield.
