Can you sac a phyrexiand readnought to a different dreadnought's trigger?

Say that I have on the field two lands and an AEther Vial with a charge counter. During my main phase I cast my first Phyrexian Dreadnought and in response to it's Sacrifice trigger I vial in my second dreadnought and put a second sac trigger on the stack. Can I sac my first dreadnought to the second dreadnought's sac trigger and then keep my second drednought?
Another fun thing to do is Prototype Portal or Soul Foundry a Phyrexian Dreadnought while you have Parallel Lives out and sac one of the tokens for the other's trigger.

Yep.
The second Phyrexian Dreadnought's ETB trigger would resolve first. You can then sacrifice the first Dreadnought to the trigger, and the first Dreadnought's trigger won't force you to sacrifice the other.
